When I was watching stats on Filckr, I found that my photo is used in Sukiyaki Wikipedia page. In 2005, just after we've married and moved to new place Mayuko and I invited my soccer friends to our apartment and got a "decent" Sukiyaki. It was a kind of a house warming party and they gave us a wedding gift. Before the party, Ope (my friend's ugly account name ;p) and I went to Shinjyuku Takashimaya super market to go to a butcher shop of Imahan which established in 1895 as Sukiyaki restaurant. There ware so many kinds of beef, and they vary in price depending on quality. For the purpose of figuring out if we have a good sense of taste two kind of hinly sliced beef were drop into our shopping cart. 1,800yen/100g and 900yen/100g. Having Sukiyaki, we tasted cheaper one first and then decent one. More tender and sweat. It took 300msec to get disappeared in my mouth.
Flickr stats brings back my memories.
