なんか久しぶりに風邪を引いた気がする。日曜日くらいから体がだるくて肩こりと頭痛がひどい。今日（火曜日）には頭痛もおさまってきていたけど、肩こりと腰のだるさを取り除くべく「整体」へ。少し落ち着きました。
