Wearing of Headsets or Earplugs
27400. A person operating a motor vehicle or bicycle may not wear a headset covering, or earplugs in, both ears. This prohibition does not apply to any of the following:
(a) A person operating authorized emergency vehicles, as defined in Section 165.
(b) A person engaged in the operation of either special construction equipment or equipment for use in the maintenance of any highway.
(c) A person engaged in the operation of refuse collection equipment who is wearing a safety headset or safety earplugs.
(d) A person wearing personal hearing protectors in the form of earplugs or molds that are specifically designed to attenuate injurious noise levels. The plugs or molds shall be designed in a manner so as to not inhibit the wearer's ability to hear a siren or horn from an emergency vehicle or a horn from another motor vehicle.
(e) A person using a prosthetic device that aids the hard of hearing.
Amended Sec. 45, Ch. 594, Stats. 2003. Effective January 1, 2004.

Here's a solution: iHome cycler iH85B. But it looks ugly and listening podcast with it could be shameful. I should walk to work and listen more podcast episodes. ah, maybe once a week or two ;p

Scrach the Pad

A few weeks ago, I got a DSTT, sort of R4 type device, to play some "homebrewed" music software on NintendoDS console. Protain[DS], glitchDS and bliptracker, those are super awesome and practical examples how to manipurate synth controls and rythmbox pads by scraching/tapping the touch pad. It's a good way to pass the time until the hot Korg's DS-10 comes out.

hmm. I got scared. How many dogs are killed as guinea pig? I'd heard about FDA OKs meat, milk from most of cloned animals and I thought "It could be". But "re-pet" sounds too selfish, egoistic how we human being are.

Grab a Coffee

When I started to learn English at junior high, a phrase "a cup of coffee"　impressed me and it was like a "gate of using English" since Japanese nouns don't have a count or noncount distinction. But, I hear a lot of people saying "Grab a coffee". This morning I just said "after grabbing a coffee" (yeah, copying phrases is a good way to get adapted, I think) and it made me google "grab a coffee English grammar".

[dog is good]

"Paper" looks younger than I thought. He is 11 years old but he has great soft fur so that I love to pet his belly. He loves to sleep under our dininng table. When I'm doing somthng with PC, he always sleep there. Watching him having cozy time makes me feel good.

As I mentioned before, he cries a lot. Google search results told me it's pretty common for elder dogs. I remove it with a damp tissue to prevent eye boogers.
